With Courage supports individuals diagnosed with breast cancer who live in Yamhill County. We provide care packages, an online support group, monthly coffee meetups, quarterly meet ups and financial assistance. Care packages and financial assistance are available to all patients going through the active treatment process regardless of financial need. This includes radiation, chemotherapy and surgeries related to a breast cancer diagnosis.
The Courage Fund is the financial assistance program under With Courage. This fund is available to a patient and their family to receive monetary support for items or needs related to a breast cancer diagnosis. Assistance is not directly given to the recipient but rather as a supplement to pay for assistance, services, equipment, treatment costs etc.
In addition to completing this electronic application please have your medical team complete & return our Doctor’s Questionnaire. It can be submitted via email to support@withcourage.org or mailed to PO Box 411 Carlton, OR 97111.
