other resources

We hope you find some of the resources listed below to be helpful in addition to what With Courage can provide. Make sure to check back frequently as we will update this list as new resources become available.

  • “I was introduced to With Courage from the SYL foundation. My first interaction was the second annual Pink Ribbon Event (which I was hesitant to go to, but so thankful I did). I had already been through treatment and surgery, but with my life completely changing, not just from having cancer, it was so nice to meet people who just understood. I talked with several women who had been through their own journey and it was nice just being able to share stories and connections, without feeling pitied. I appreciate all the get-togethers. I haven't been able to make all of them but try to as much as possible.”

  • “Providence directed me to With Courage and I’m so glad I looked into it. Kim has been amazing and so supportive! I am 10 months post bilateral mastectomy and five months post reconstruction surgery and she still checks on me. Which is absolutely wonderful! She asks about life in general too, not just all the hard stuff. During a time when I thought no one would understand, I had a whole group of women who did, and if they didn't they tried to! It's been wonderful!”

  • “With Courage has impacted my life in a profound way. Being diagnosed at a younger age, I knew very few people who had cancer. Not only were the women of the group so supportive and knowledgeable, I was able to connect with other resources to help me through such a difficult time. In the beginning, I had so many unanswered questions, and with the help of With Courage, I was able to answer most of them.”
